As you navigate your prenatal journey, our practitioners will guide you through a yoga program that blends mindful movement, breath work, and evidence-based guidance to help you feel strong, connected to your changing body and prepared for birth and delivery.
Prenatal Yoga
The Wellness Hub’s Prenatal Yoga program is designed to help you navigate safe and effective poses to ease common pregnancy discomforts, improve posture and pelvic alignment, and build strength and mobility for labor and delivery - get ready to be welcomed into a warm, safe and fun environment!
No previous yoga experience needed.
HOW IT WORKS
The program is 1-hour, once a week for six weeks. Equipment including a mat + props are provided.
Our program is small + intimate and tailored based on an initial assessment therefore the class size is limited to 8 mamas to be.
This rehabilitation program can be covered by extended physiotherapy health benefits if you are a new or current patient to the clinic as the program is designed + instructed by Vanessa, our physiotherapist. New patients will require an initial physiotherapy assessment with Megan or Taryn prior to completing the program. This comprehensive approach will help tailor the program to reach your individual health + wellness goals! Please check with your insurance plan to confirm your coverage prior to signing up for the program.
