As you navigate your postnatal journey, our practitioners will guide you through a yoga program that blends mindful movement, breath work, and evidence-based guidance to help you rebuild strength, reconnect with your body, and support your recovery after birth.

Postnatal Yoga

The Wellness Hub’s Postnatal Yoga program is designed to support your recovery after childbirth with safe and effective movements to rebuild core strength, improve posture and pelvic alignment, and restore mobility - all while helping you reconnect with your body - get ready to be welcomed into a warm, safe, and fun environment!

Best for mamas who are at least 6 weeks postpartum onwards.


HOW IT WORKS

The program is 1-hour, once a week for eight weeks. Equipment including a mat + props are provided.

Our program is small + intimate and tailored based on an initial assessment therefore the class size is limited to 7 mamas to be. Little ones are welcome!

This rehabilitation program can be covered by extended physiotherapy health benefits if you are a new or current patient to the clinic. New patients will require an initial physiotherapy assessment with Vanessa prior to completing the program. This comprehensive approach will help tailor the program to reach your individual health + wellness goals! Please check with your insurance plan to confirm your coverage prior to signing up for the program.
