With certifications in Body Harmonics Mat and Reformer Pilates, along with an RYT-200 yoga background, she combines thoughtful instruction with a genuine passion for helping people move with greater strength, confidence and ease.
As a self-proclaimed "recovering academic," her love of learning shines through in every class. She has a natural curiosity about how the body works and enjoys helping clients discover the small adjustments that can make a big difference in how they move and feel.
Her areas of focus include pilates, prenatal and postnatal fitness, women's health, mobility, and functional movement.
