The Wellness Hub's Reconnect & Rebuild pilates program is designed for mamas who are postpartum and looking to build full body strength, stability, and connectivity, with the perfect balance of challenge and mobility. Whether you're newly into your postpartum journey or years beyond it, this class meets you where you are!
Best for mamas who are at least 6 weeks postpartum onwards.
How it works
The program is 1-hour, once a week for eight weeks starting Sunday May 24th, 2026 at 9:00am. Equipment including a mat, weights, ball, and ring are provided.
Our program is small + intimate and tailored based on an initial assessment therefore the class size is limited to 8 mamas.
Little ones are always welcome, though we encourage you to see each session as a little time for yourself!
This pilates program is not covered by extended health benefits.
