Strength & Conditioning | MOve Well
The Wellness Hub's Move Well class is designed for older adults and individuals returning to activity after injury. This class will focus on improving balance, mobility, flexibility, and strength to help you move with greater confidence and ease in everyday life. Exercises are tailored to your ability level, making it a safe and effective way to stay active!
HOW IT WORKS
The program is 1-hour, once a week for six weeks. Equipment including a mat, weights, ball, and resistance bands are provided.
Our program is small + intimate and tailored based on an initial assessment therefore the class size is limited to 7 individuals.
This rehabilitation program can be covered by extended physiotherapy health benefits if you are a new or current patient to the clinic. New patients will require an initial physiotherapy assessment with Vanessa prior to completing the program. This comprehensive approach will help tailor the program to reach your individual health + wellness goals! Please check with your insurance plan to confirm your coverage prior to signing up for the program.
