Mat Pilates | Strength at The Wellness Hub will focus on full body strength, mobility and mind-body connection, best for those of all levels and abilities.

Mat Pilates| Strength

The Wellness Hub's pilates program is designed to challenge you progressively, wherever you're starting from. Whether you're building lasting strength, supporting a pregnancy, or returning to movement postpartum, this class meets your body exactly where it is. Expect intentional, full-body work that builds real strength over time—not just for today's session, but for the body you're building toward.
Whether you're part of the general population or returning to exercise postpartum, this class meets you where you are in your movement journey.


HOW IT WORKS

Each class is 45 minutes, once a week for six weeks. Equipment including a mat, weights, ball, and ring are provided.

This program is small + intimate, with a class size limited to 7 participants. 

Little ones are always welcome, though we encourage you to see each session as a little time for yourself!

Best for mamas who are at least 6 weeks postpartum onwards.

This pilates program is not covered by extended health benefits.
