Orthopedic + Pelvic Physiotherapist

Kelly Whelan

Supportive, thoughtful, + deeply passionate about helping people understand their own bodies, Kelly brings a warm, education-first approach to every session. With a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a specialization in pelvic health + orthopedic rehabilitation, she has a way of connecting the pieces that can feel confusing or hard to untangle on your own.

Kelly's path into pelvic health was shaped by both her professional training and her own experience postpartum, and that perspective shows in how she cares for her patients. She creates a space where questions are always welcome, nothing feels rushed, and recovery feels less overwhelming and more empowering.

Her focus includes pelvic health, women's health, pregnancy + postpartum rehabilitation, and orthopedic care.
